Irisys, the global leader in infrared solutions, has announced the opening of a new office in Berlin, Germany. The move will allow easier access to customers and partners in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, two areas where demand for Irisys people counting systems is particularly strong.
“Germany is our second-largest export market,” explained Dr Ian Wilcock, COO, Irisys. “This strategic move is part of our ongoing expansion plans.”
Regional manager Stefan Eichblatt will be responsible for developing capabilities and partner offerings, as well as delivering the sales and marketing strategy for people counting, queue management, and security related thermal imaging.
